SHIPPING
We’re excited to get your Hydrochair to you! Now that our product is officially launched, orders are no longer on pre-order and will be fulfilled as they’re received.
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. After your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow your Hydrochair every step of the way.
Shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location within the United States. At this time, we only offer Economy shipping.

RETURNS
We want you to love your Hydrochair! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — as long as the original tag is still attached and the item is unused.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in original condition (unused, with tags attached)
- Must be returned in original packaging (if possible)
- Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, email us at shophydrochair@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
Received a damaged or defective product? We’ve got you covered.
If your Hydrochair arrives with any issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll happily exchange it for a new one. Just email us with photos of the issue and your order number at shophydrochair@gmail.com.
